I inadvertently ordered two kits from them (on separate days) without noticing it was the same vendor, so I didn't request combined shipping. On their own initiative they combined the shipping and arranged for a refund of the savings in shipping cost. In sum, an altogether positive experience.

It went from a nearby distribution point, to a city on the other side of my town, back to the distribution point, to another nearby city, then to my city's post office, before it was finally delivered. I urge sellers to stop using USPS due to their random ways of transporting packages, and hit & miss tracking.
