It doesn’t work . The internal timer clock doesn’t work at all, the power supply to the lights work when operated by hand on the set clock time mode . I have the same unit , and it lasted 15 years .even though this unit appears new , it won’t work . How do I do a return please ?

Timer dial is not rotating.
The timer isn't functioning. I am trying to determine why, but, so far, have been unsuccessful. All the lights work, but I have to manually turn the dial, on the timer, to the on and off settings. This is the same problem that I was having with my previous one, but it worked great for 25 years before the timer quit moving.

Didn't work very long!
It worked for a week. Just found all the lights on in the middle of the day. Obviously the timer is malfunctioning. Have re-set it. Will let you know if it corrects itself? Or somehow it starts functioning again.
