    The seller packed the card in a plastic sleave and placed in a white envelope sealed with sellotape. This is a replacement for the one that didn't arrive, ( lost in local sorting depot) under investigation at Royal Mail customer service over it. Ron the seller got me the replacement and resent the phone card. He kept me updated on the delivery and I can't blame him over what happened with the Royal Mail. So long as we don't have a similar problem, I would buy from him again.
