Brought this to the seller's attention, a week later I was notified there was an error on their website which wasnt amended on Ebay & their manager advises the price remains the same for 12 plugs. I wouldn't have purchased 12 plugs at that price. Very disappointed in the attitude and response of the manager who provided just 60% of the plugs purchased and hiked the price for each plug from 73p to £1.22.Reply from: htoh.store- Feedback replied by seller htoh.store.- Feedback replied by seller htoh.store.We have offered the customer 50% discount and this was declined by the customer. Our supplier changed the volume of plants from 20 to 12 (and this has since been amended on the listing) and this was beyond our control. Have apologised to customer, but they have still not accepted a 50% refund.
