    Works beautifully and in bidirectional mode

    Worked as advertised, and actually in full bidirectional mode, the instructions have you uncheck bidirectional, but for my ALPS printer it works with it checked. Which might as well as this adapter is also based on the Prolific PL2305 chip and those work with the ALPS in full bidirectional mode.
