the heater is as described and works well and was sent after i payed. but. aramex freight company they used held the item for 3 weeks and when it was finally delivered (funny how it turns up after you send emails!!!) the box was damaged, the handle and cover on the heater were damaged. definitely no care given at this freight company. if i was the one who received the item i would not have signed for it in that condition!! the seller has been good to deal with i must say though.
