New item in excellent condition. Free postage. Prompt mail-out and delivery. However, the wrong model was sent. The seller offered a discount if we kept the item or otherwise would refund the cost of the item and return postage. The item price was refunded promptly but not the return postage. I needed to contact eBay to receive the postage refund. eBay recommended using a return postage label (from the seller or eBay) in future rather than agreeing to reimbursement based on a postal receipt.
