Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Vintage Tubes & Tube Sockets
My particular tubes were made in 1967, Blackburn factory. Compared to the GE 5-stars I have, the Mullards are a bit more laid-back. The GEs seem more dynamic and energetic. But the Mullards are very nice with great extension in both frequency directions. I'd characterize the sound as a bit warmer as Mullards are known for. Very enjoyable and I can see people, depending on tastes and type of music, preferring these. I can see myself going back and forth between these and the GEs depending on mood.

Provides wonderful soundstaging and silky smooth mids with a nice balance top to bottom in my Rogue Audio amp. Very satisfied!

One of my favorites. (pre 1970 vintage). Vocals very natural & smooth yet cymbals sound like cymbals and not "splashes". Just choose who you buy from wisely.
