It does what it says, good value product.
We have a caravan with air conditioning, microwave, coffee machine, etc. It seems to handle the load ok. Great value for off the grid infrequent use. If you want a more quiet, frequent use machine I'd probably go a more premium product.

First time start very hard due to sticky auto throttle
Was very hard to start for the first time, eventually after lots of frustration it was worked out that the auto throttle was sticky. So it would just flood because there was no air being mixed with the fuel and wouldn't start . If it happens again I need to take the cover off again to give the auto throttle a flick to free it up, lets hope it sorts it self out over time. In regards to how the generator performs, I hooked it up to my caravan and it ran multiple things including the air con with no problem. Just a bit annoyed with the first time trying to start the generator.Was very hard to start for the first time, eventually after lots of frustration it was worked out that the auto throttle was sticky. requires choke to start even when hot.combination, choke, run, off, controll switch very hard to operate to turn generator off. In my opinion the generator is a bit too noisy.
