Service, great. Item was very well packaged, and arrived ahead time. I had no communication with seller. However, to no fault of the seller, I was not able to monitor the item's progression as the Royal Mail tracking and tracing was useless has keep stating, it still had to leave Poland. And also, I find the Hood model itself has a fault. The forward lower gun firing director, aft of the B turret 15inch guns, is stuck on back to front.
