The filter is a Great product This is an efficient compact and easy to install. Great product. Only issue was the UV lamp was not working when I unpacked the box and installed the UV lamp. Bit annoying when have to go and buy a new UV lamp to get benefits of the filter. Replacement lamp was expensive. 30% of the cost of the filter. Just the same have ordered a second filter

Electrical faulty
We had ours for 2 hours and it filled up with water where the light goes and flooded the house it was cheap and dangerous our kids found it leaking and it set the house circuit breaker off

Poor quality UV canister. Breaks easily and poses a safety issue when it does
Glass canister for UV filter was cracked and broke easily. Costs around $40 to replace however not worth doing since the entire pump costs just above $100. If the glass was replaced with a plastic version then it would be safer to remove and clean.
