The Old Testament
I was familar with the content so I knew going in this book would not include particulars relating to the latest suspension technology on the current market. If you want to understand and/or rebulld forks and shocks from the 20th century this book will suffice. I believe Paul Thede should either update the content or lower the price of this book.

Excellent tables and graphs that accompany text. Math behind suspension theory included. Read it like a text book, take the time to fully understand the concepts and you will get a "bachelor's degree" in suspension engineering. Excellent pictures document step by step process to modify forks and shocks. You would pay hundreds of dollars to attend a class with the content contained in this book. Amazing value.
