This hot water heater was not suitably packed, it came broken from ups, thankfully lessisalwaysmore was very fast and helpful to get another one shipped out right away, unfortunately it came broke as well. They had the third one drop shipped from the manufacturer and it came fedex and it was in great shape! All in all this seller treated me fair and communicated very well.
