Sugar Free Baking
The recipes are great, the front and back cover is what you would expect from a cook book I.e. Wipe clean. The quality of the main part of the book is really cheap. Looks and feels like some cheap recycled paper that looks like it would absorb anything splashed on it rather than wipe clean.

It is a really good book, the only problem I had is that it is sugar free but a substitute is used instead, I was hoping there wasn't going to be any replacement for sugar.
