    Guava Tea

    This tea is amazing. Before I tried it, I literally had to eat a 1/2 sandwich & yogert or a piece of fruit before going to bed. If I didn’t eat a snack, I would wake up in the middle of the night, my stomach growling & extremely hungry. Since drinking this before bed, I no longer have to have a snack. It’s amazing!!

    It didn’t help me!

    It seemed like it helped the very first time with my blood sugar. But after that it did absolutely nothing. I eat very healthy. I eat mostly organic food. I eat organic whole grain bread but anytime I eat carbohydrates my sugar raises to the high 200 to 500 glucose level. I have no doubt it may have helped others but it didn’t help me except the very first time!

    Like tea, try this!

    This is really good tea. I add a teaspoon of sugar/sweetner and it is really relaxing and seemed to help my blood pressure. Tea bags are all individually wrapped and in very good quality.

    Taste good, not helping sleep better yet
