Hitchcockian style thriller with knockout leads & a super twist in the tale.
Stanley Donen directs this labyrinthine thriller with Cary Grant -Audrey Hepburn - Walter Matthau & a terrific supporting cast. Wonderful music score by Henry Mancini & a clever often very funny script make this film a classic of its genre Filmed on location in Geneva & Paris & Miss Hepburn’s wardrobe by Givenchy make this film a pleasure to watch. Gorgeous bluray transfer from Criterion.

Without a doubt, the definitive version of Charade
I love the movie Charade so much, it is a true film classic and one of my personal favorite movies of all time As anyone would expect, the Criterion Collection put together an amazing release for this movie. I do wish that it had a few extra special features, but then again, I didn't really expect it to. The main feature is the real draw with this release and holy crap, it looks incredible. Criterion do some of the best film restorations and transfers out of anyone in the business and this one is truly remarkable. I have never seen this movie look so beatiful. It still has that vintage look, staying very true to the original photography, but it is crystal clear. If you love this movie, don't even debate spending a little extra to get the Criterion Collection release. You will not be ...
