Needs some design changes to be perfect.
Could not find an exact replacement for my stolen pan, which was made in the 1960's and still like new after years of heavy work... So, purchased this as the nearest current alternative & best price. 1] Needs to be a little wider for any real work. Don't know why they are made smaller than they used to be. 2] Handle is poorly designed. Too short. Simple test: Hold the item up lightly by the handle and it tips sideways. In my case, I simply replaced the handle with a longer one and it is now perfectly balanced. The handle does not need to be so thick... so, save on that and make longer. 3] Why is it painted?... Is this to compensate for material quality? Suggest saving on paint and using better metal. Price OK considering it included delivery. Time will tell for ...
