Parcel was packed that very day (Sunday!) and sent out. The blender itself is fit for purpose - the glass jar is very study. Otherwise the parts (eg cover) are very plasticky but at this price, what do you expect? Most importantly, the menu was in English and the plug was AU. The manual was basic 'how to use'. It doesn't even describe how each of the functions differ.
