It has a great finish on it and came with a case. If you're thinking of buying a small guitar this is the place to buy one. I recommend you also get strings in case any of the strings ever break. There are many old European folk tales warning us of broken strings.

HOWEVER - their freight partner may need to review their communications procedure - dropped at regional depot in 2 days, no complaint there, but then sat in depot for 3 days no communication from subcontract carrier at all. Took 2 days to eventually be able to contact the end carrier as to what hours were available for pickup. (Just as well as they are not open all day)

It arrived in a slim box, with branches folded up; I pulled them down and added tiny ornaments, and love that I can fold it back up for easy storage. Great item, great transaction!
