I ordered 20 metres for £3.75 thinking it would look like the photo displayed (because it is hard to picture how much 20 metres looks like): a substantial roll of string. They sent me a pathetic flat roll of string in a letter "package" and when I asked for a refund they gave me 50p, and took £3.25 off me for the "package" which was a flat light letter. As if anyone would knowingly buy 50p of string from them for £3.25 postage. A deceptive con.
