Excellent communication. Through no fault of the seller, this order, despite being shipped immediately, was stuck in Australia Post's sorting facility with no notifications about delays for 11 days. Tracking was non-existent. As soon as the parcel failed to arrive on time, the seller lodged a query with Australia Post. It worked and the two SD cards I had ordered arrived a few days later.
