PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS AVOIDE THIS SELLER, purchased a hard drive only to arrive and not work all, I am a computer TI, the drive was tested and was a faulty, tried contacting the seller and only responded with fewer words but didn’t work towards a solution, seller since has avoided my messages not giving me or refund or not responding at all to fix the issue, currently have to fight for my 300$ back though eBay as this seller is unreliable and a SCAMMER. The item is Genuine Samsung. It is a pity this seller has chosen now to send items by Sendle. A company with a 3.8 star rating. It took 13 days to travel 650kms within NSW. No Covid or natural disasters to use as an excuse. Sendle sat on it for 6 days and then posted it to me by Australia Post!!!! It didn't arrive within the sellers estimated time. I wont show the postage label over the top of Sendles label as it had my details on it.
