there is no ball bearing. it is a firm tiny piece of metal. Totally useless.

There IS bearings inside these, they are pressed into a race and then pressed into the pully. Look closer (you can see the bearings from one side and not the other). They are precision and very good quality. Why leave me Negative? I even told you I would look after you if you are not happy? full money back including postage etc. but now I get negative? Totally not fair mate. Disappointing.
