      After being sent the wrong item, I am having issues with prompt and accurate communication with the seller. It is now 26 December, Christmas has passed and I still don't have the correct item, despite it being illustrated at the top of my order of 6 December. Twice, I have been asked "Have I sent you the wrong item?" I think I need to return to High Street shopping!!!
