Der Prozessor ist in 22 Nanometer Bauweise gefertigt. Mit dem Intel 64 Modus ist die virtuelle Verwaltung von mehr als vier GB Speicher möglich. Mit der erweiterten SpeedStep Technologie schaltet das System automatisch zwischen hohen und niedrigen Werten gleichzeitig um durch Frequenzänderungen sowie Taktpartitionierung und Wiederherstellung. Zusätzlich ist der Befehlssatz AVX2.0 vorhanden. Die maximal ansprechbare Speichergröße beträgt 64 GB.
