Wish it was sent with tracking, especially at that price, it didn’t arrive in time for the child’s birthday 19th Jan, despite apparently being posted 2nd Jan so was a waste of money. Seller did communicate not knowing what name I wanted urgently as she was about to go away. I did add the name in “notes” section when I ordered. Not sure if she got my reply message in time before she left but perhaps not selling things right up till the day you leave might be a good idea.

It always humours me when buyers are at fault & play victim. Buyer DID NOT include the name in the notes when she ordered, hence why I messaged her multiple times to attain it. I don't delay orders for fun. The 50 other orders I received the same day arrived without a hitch.. why?.. because the buyer included the name and/or replied to my message with the name. And for the record, $19 for a personalised cake topper with shipping is a bargain. And buyer could have upgraded to tracking, but didnt!
