I’ve owned a pair of these since 2010 and love them. Sadly they broke down. I luckily found a new-in-box set here on eBay and bought it. Price, packaging & shipping were great, but due to the age of the item, the condition of the buds was not. The wire shielding had become brittle and was all cracked, revealing the bare wires underneath.
Customer service was courteous and responsive. They offered me the choice of a replacent or a refund. I got the refund which the seller granted without issues.

I have to agree with buyer N***N appalling after sales service. ordered 3X300g Shoe stretcher spray received 2 x 250 g . seller required lots of photos of product / invoice , box etc. these supplied by return, no offer of redress from seller .
