      Easy to Follow, inspirational.

      Dropping Acid is just what I needed to start getting control of a LPR condition. The writing is detailed and fully explains the conditions of GERD and LPR, then gives a detailed recipe list which I modify to include Fodmap into the equation. Easy to follow and a great starting point.
