No wonder the seller has 100% positive rating. Seller's fast communications helped complete the sell. Item arrived in nearly brand new condition. And it arrived ahead of time, thus, enabling me to install it in my furnace before the abnormal cold weather hit. My family thank him/her for that! Due to the cold weather, I have not test the controller's AC functionality. Will test it once the weather warms up.
