I found this pillow to be a bit firm, but that is probably mainly because I was used to a softer pillow. It contours perfectly for both back and side sleeping and is the perfect size for me. I have had it for about two weeks now and I am getting more used to it. If you have neck problems and haven't tried one of these types of pillows I think they are definitely worth a try and the price was extremely affordable so even if it doesn't work for you it wouldnt be a big loss. Definitely worth a try

Wow - I bought one of these pillows middle of last year. A couple of months ago I bright the same style of pillow from some other seller. The pillow was a much inferior copy. I ended up buying 2 more from the original seller and they are perfect. Will definitely buy these again and from the same seller.
