      B condition means rusted and poor condition

      I received my product today. Once I opend the package I noticed the anchor was rusted, had sand in the gooves and the protective rubber coating was torn and the metal is rusted. The rope, clasp, and bouy appreared to be lightly scratched. I could buy the rope and bouy from walmart for a couple dollars, but the anchor is what I really needed.
