    Ki Immune Defence Tablets are little Gems

    Ki is a brilliant product. I suffer from and auto immune condition and I take these tablets every day and sometimes twice a day if I feel something coming on or feel like I need an energy boost. I have not had a cold in over 4 years and I believe my healthy diet and this product have contributed to this

    Does increase your energy!

    I was feeling low in energy and morale after a stressful time and felt that I needed some extra support or I'd end up getting sick. The first Ki tablet I took kicked in about 1-2 hours after I took it and I felt a physical 'lift' which also affected my emotional state. This really surprised me but I haven't looked back since. I did find that, in my case, taking a second tablet in the afternoon kept me perky well into the wee hours so I'd recommend taking your last tablet, if you decide to take two, before lunchtime. I only take one and I find this works fine for me.
