Day 1: old inverter failed; Day 2: saw an identical refurbished model at South-West-Renewables and ordered it; Day 3: it arrives and I swap it out and return the old one for a credit. The problem was quickly and economically resolved with only 2 days lost PV generation. My old inverter will be repaired and then made available to others. All in all, an excellent service! And this is the type of recycling we need! The credit came as soon as my old unit was received.
