Poor customer service. Arrived on time, but i feel like time is wasted. When i received my bag and opened the wrapping i instantly noticed a rip in the bag. Possibly from transport or warehouse unboxing. Unfortunately the employees of this business assume that i cut the bag with a sharp object and basically rejected my enquiry therefore no refund or exchange was optioned.
