I ordered two LG smart phones. Setting of both of them has problem and can not be opened. Keyboard of one of the phone is not working so you can not send text massage. ALL the software are old and need upgrade.I am planing to find LG store to solve this problem. Over all this is a genuine review, I do not recommend you to buy this.

This cellphone is powerful. I bought it because I did a lot of research and there was a lot of expensive cellphones in the market with similar specifications and then I found this one, Lucky me! A lot of functionalities, a really high performance brought to you by a Quad-Core processor and the 2GB of RAM, you can play whichever game you want, chat, surf and use social networking apps all at the same time without seeing your cellphone lagging. I had a LG L9 before having this one and the improvements LG made are amazing, I can't get enough of it. With a sharp design and a big screen everything will fit perfect. The battery lasts a lot but remember it would depend on the use you give, remember games consume more than the rest of the apps usually. Finally, this cellphone is really easy to use. Even if you are not used to use the LG's platform, you will see that in a couple a hours you will master the basics and the rest is story. Note: I noticed one that I couldn't record any video once but I restarted the cellphone and everything was back to normal again. I hope this helps to take a good decision on whether buying this device or not.Read full review
Without doubt, the fastest phone I've ever used. Great screen, the right size for my hands and pockets, almost no lag when I switch from app to app. My only gripe is with the fact that you cannot move apps from the phone's memory to an micro SD card. C'mon LG, you should know better than that. I'm coming to this phone from the original Samsung Galaxy Note, these 2 devices are just worlds apart. This is the Nexus 4 with an micro SD card slot.
Must say, the phone has everything and I don't aspect anything more. It is way better than just being a phone with quad core speed and great memory. The camera is auto focused and has flash, which makes it so awesome! It also has a front camera...I'm sure your girls like that too! It's very easy to use and so far the battery lasts longer than my any other phones I've used so far.
I'd take this phone over an s4 or iPhone 5 any day. The international model does come with a bigger internal memory and a higher pixel camera than this one (at&t version), however it's more expensive. One of the reasons I went with this version is that it supports an SD card, which is a MUST for me (the international model doesn't). Bottom line, the best phone I've had. I come from several HTCs and always considered I'd never switch brands. When my last HTC broke I went online to look for a newer HTC but couldn't find any with SD support within my price range, so I gave the Optimus G a shot... do not regret it one bit. The physical appearance of the phone is just perfect: elegant, sleek... it has a design in the back of the phone that resembles carbon fiber and it just looks awesome. Feature wise it's all you'd come to expect of Android. The device is lightning fast (on a quadcore processor and 2GB Ram it most definitely should be). My only complain with this phone is the possitioning of the notification LED, which is embedded on the power button on the side, missing the traditional front LED that I'm used to.... still the fact that this is my absolute only complain on it says a lot about the phoneRead full review
LG Optimus G E970 it is a great smartphone all its features are very easy to use and has a lot of useful apps. But the only thing I don't like is the battery life, I have to charge the cellphone a few times in a day with lees use.
Best phone I've ever had. I would put this up against anything Apple can come up with. Super sharp images, tons of apps, quad core gives it blinding speed with several apps open and 64 gigs of memory is more than I'll ever need.
Phone is good but it seems to have heating issues.Thought about buying a Galaxy S3 but all my friends seem to have there screens cracked.Wanted to try something new and I am pleased with the phone.Only problem Is the heating issue. It will automatically dim your display if it gets to hot.just play a game for 5 to 10 minutes and it will dim your display to 70 percent brightness and will not adjust till the phone cools down.Did some research and saw other people had the same issue.device is super fast but only drawback is it overheating.
I bought this because i needed a new device. I had been looking for a long time for a good, high spec, low cost device. This caught my eye and i bought it. The phone works good overall. Sometimes it is a bit slow but it still works fine. One thing i want to say is that there is an android 4.1 update out for this phone but for some reason mine cant detect it or something. It has 4.0.4 and says its up to date. The only other bad part is that for some reason the piece of plastic on the power button is gone, when i opened it it was not there. The button still works but it is a lot harder to press. Overall i give this phone 4 out of 5 stars.
