Ordered this part on Friday with two day shipping. On Monday I saw it hadn’t shipped yet and contacted the seller. I was told it was ordered after UPS had already came BUT they shipped it that day with overnight delivery (with no additional shipping charge) to ensure it got here when I was expecting it. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service anymore. Because of the good condition of the parts and good service our overhead crane is now running. THANK YOU!
