It had nothing to do with packaging or delivery, just a very distasteful product not worth the money at all. It is alot smaller than advertised more suitable for children. I attempted to contact seller and got a message to send to another email address from a May? I sent two pics of the damage and requested a refund. Nothing as yet. Will never buy from this seller again. Just want a refund.
