The product purchased was a liquid, 1/4 was missing. The seller blamed it on the product settles. It being a liquid there’s no settling that needs to happen. If that was the case, then all the products sold at the store, since they are also shipped to location, would settle, and we’d have bottles that aren’t full.
The seller did reimburse 10%
