All returned products must be in perfect condition. The Hairworthy products must be unused, undamaged and with unbroken sealing. Please note that Customers pay for the shipping cost to Hairworthy LTD and we recommend you to send the product(s) with track and trace.

Hairworthy are not held accountable for any returns that are lost when being returned. Products attempted to be returned after the 30 days or without the above conditions will not be accepted.

Our Money Back Guarantee policy cover returns and cancellations of products within 30 days of purchase if the package is sealed, returned and you have the proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued when the returned product arrives to Hairworthy LTD. You will receive the refund in the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund, depending on your bank.

I did have a full refund But to anyone else ordering this item….my delivery did not look anything like the pictures and the description was totally? Not sure it was 100% mulberry silk because it didn’t feel like it….sorry for bad review but want to stop anyone else being disappointed
