I would rate it 4 out of 5 because the attachment clips, door anchor, ankle straps etc. are lighter and smaller construction materials. Good, but nowhere near the quality of my other set that cost twice as much, but good for the beginner. For more aggressive workouts and maximum tension on bands I would consider spending more for a better overall quality set if going to be using daily for maximum results. Shipped promptly.

But it looks exactly like the picture and I'm sure it works how it's supposed to. I was a little bit worried about the tracking number. USPS never could find it in there system and I had tried to contact the seller about it. They never did get back with me but I'm guessing it's because it came within the next two days and it did arrive a couple of days earlier than mentioned so that was awesome as well.
