    Informative but still not complete

    Very descriptive and almost has enough information to be sufficient for bush survival. this book doesn't contain information on different food plants or animal traps for food. If you are interested in this bush crafting, it may be good to learn how to set up various traps and also consider a bush tucker book to make your knowledge complete. Overall I'll rate this book With 4 stars

    Handy to take it to camping or other trips out of town

    Nice little collection of solutions. A little bit too much emphasis on more complex creations (rope manufacturing, complicated shelter building, etc....). This section seems to be helpful to widen the general knowledge and has plenty of ideas which could be implemented in simpler versions of structures. On the other hand, roughly the second half of the book is full of more everyday, simpler (probably more useful) ideas (knots, maps, and so on) Overall it is a really nice, comprehensive book!
