Seller insisted the product is perfect and blamed my phone is faulty. I have explained clearly that the battery cannot be charged and stayed only 1 %. In fact, I don't think products from China are 100% quality control. I don't think I will waste my time snd post the faulty battery to seller and beg for refund. Will not trust this seller any more.

We have fully tested the battery once received. The customer mentions the battery is 1% and not able to charge. We put it on our testbed, the battery had 70% power. We suggest the customer to check the power ic. Our battery has no problem, but he doesn't believe us and still wants a refund. After receiving the refund, gave us negative feedback.
