These arrived as stated in the delivery advise but I'm very disappointed with the volume. To wear these in a normal situation, the volume would only be alright so why would you need them. I a noisy situation like driving my truck, which is why I bought them, the volume is useless, no way near loud enough, so now it are not used. I bought a pair of these as they are advertised as "Trucker bluetooth headset". I would not recommend these
