Originally I was going to give a neutral rating. when I ordered the item I stressed that my town does not have street delivery and as I live approx 800m from the Post Office and don't have a car it would make things difficult.However I was able to get a friend to collect the item. I then received a phone call from the seller asking if I had received the item or if they would have to arrange to get the item to me. That last effort was what changed the experience to positive. What a great company to deal with, nothing was a problem and although they didn’t offer shipping I organised my own freight and they went out of their way to take photos of item before it left in case of breakage in transit.
