I never received the item and when I contacted the seller, he basically blamed me for not purchasing extra delivery insurance. Since he didn't do anything to resolve this issue, eBay stepped in and immediately provided me with a refund since the seller did not provide eBay with any of the information that he is obligated to provide once a buyer reports that they never received an item. Thankfully eBay has a money back guarantee to protect buyers from sellers like this.Reply from: skywise06- Feedback replied by seller skywise06.- Feedback replied by seller skywise06.Not seeing what I could have done differently. Buyer chose cheapest, uninsured shipping method, even after being reminded of the risk. Provided proof of shipping but USPS unfortunately lost item. I've been on eBay for almost 20 years and have never had anyone suggest that I pay $7.95 for USPS Priority Mail that includes insurance, to ship a PIN that costs $8.95!!! I've purchased hundreds of pins on eBay and never had a problem.
