Price of the item was more than fair. However, item came damaged in more than one place. Item listed as new but was opened and box was beat up. Reached out to seller and received no response. I'm handy and will fix the damaged locations but lack of response from seller is a problem.

The lack of response was due to my being involved in a vehicle accident. Due to issues arising from that circumstance, I had forgotten to respond to your initial letter. I did send a message a week after, explaining this. The item sold was described as being "new" and "opened for inspection"; it was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I have no control over how the shipping service handles packages. However, a case was opened with the shipping-service provider in order to rectify this.
