    the items that I order came as described and but as a new customer was not familiar with the combined shipping. contacted seller and got a rude response and nasty and threatening. the seller did combine shipping and still charged me for both shipping charges. the two items total $11.98 and shipping was charged at $19.98. was willing to refund but not partial refund for the extra shipping charge. totally unprofessional.
