Deshalb habe ich den Kauf widerrufen. Herr Lang hat mich dann umgehend kontaktiert und mir ein alternatives Laptop angeboten, welches er auch sofort versendet hat. Dieses entspricht nun voll und ganz meinen Vorstellungen und das erste Gerät geht zurück. Wirklich gute und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation!
