Great seller. Fast shipping and instant response to questions. The product does not fit John Grey tension rods but that's the manufacturer's advertising guff for you. Not the seller's fault. The seller has been nothing but honest and truthful all the way through and did offer to refund or replace. In the end I decided to hang on to these and re-machine them to fit. Seller 10/10. Perfect. Manufacturer 5/10 for just not getting it right.
