I ordered the item on 4th Dec. I was told it was dispatched on14th December. I was assured it would be delivered by Christmas. By the 20th of December the post office said they did not have it. On the 28 of December I was told it would be delivered on the 29th as it was- much too late for the present it was supposed to be. I have received no explanation as to the delay despite asking I would not have the confidence to use this seller again. The earrings were ok but not worth the wait
